The village behind the pink shirts
Sarn sits a few miles north of Bridgend, a village wedged between the Ogmore and Llynfi rivers that most people know for the designer outlet by the motorway. It also has a football club you cannot miss, because since 2009 Sarn FC have been turning out in pink.
The Pinks play their football in the Bridgend and District League, one of the oldest grassroots leagues in Wales, running since 1922. It is football at its purest. Village grounds, local rivalries, and a hashtag that does what it says on the tin. Up the pinks.
A season worth shouting about
The 2025/26 season was the club's best in years. Sarn lifted the Division One cup and earned their place in the league's Premier Division, where they line up this season against the biggest names in Bridgend grassroots football.
That kind of jump comes with a bigger bill. More competitive football means better equipment, more travel and more of everything, so our sponsorship goes towards the club's season costs, covering equipment and activity costs for the year. On top of that we sponsor AJ Radford, one of the players who will be carrying the pink shirt into the Premier Division.
What our sponsorship covers
Coast Competitions supports Sarn FC with a season sponsorship covering equipment and activity costs, plus a player sponsorship of AJ Radford for the 2026/27 season.
